Do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
Do not violate privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
Do not contain unlawful, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or harmful content.
The customer assumes full responsibility for the content submitted to Marbev.
6. Authorization to Publish Submitted Information
By submitting information and content to Marbev, the customer grants Marbev permission to use, reproduce, store, process, display, and publish such content as necessary to create, host, maintain, and provide the digital business card service.
The customer acknowledges that information submitted for inclusion in the digital business card is intended to be publicly accessible to individuals who visit the digital business card.
7. Review and Approval Process
Customers will be provided an opportunity to review their digital business card prior to final publication or project completion.
Once approval is provided, the project shall be deemed accepted and completed.
Marbev shall not be responsible for errors that were present and approved during the customer review process.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of content they provide to Marbev.
All software, designs, templates, systems, code, processes, branding, technology, and proprietary materials developed or utilized by Marbev remain the exclusive property of Marbev unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Marbev's intellectual property to the customer.
9. Complimentary Hosting
Digital business cards include complimentary hosting at no additional cost.
Hosting is provided as part of the service offering and is not sold as a separate product or subscription.
Hosting is included at no additional cost for as long as Marbev continues to offer the digital business card hosting service.
Marbev does not guarantee hosting availability for any specific period, including the lifetime of the customer, the digital business card, or the business.
Marbev reserves the right to modify, suspend, transfer, or discontinue hosting services at any time due to business, technical, legal, operational, or financial considerations.
Where reasonably practicable, Marbev will provide advance notice of any planned discontinuation of hosting services.
10. Service Availability
Marbev will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

Software updates
Hosting provider issues
Internet outages
Security incidents
Force majeure events

16. Termination
