Warranty and Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Warranty and Refund Policy applies to all digital business card products and related services provided by Marbev.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.
2. Payment Terms
All orders require full payment in advance before work commences.
Work on a customer's digital business card will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed.
3. Custom Digital Product
Each digital business card created by Marbev is a customized digital product developed using information, branding, images, and content supplied by the customer.
Due to the personalized nature of the service, digital business cards cannot be returned once development has commenced.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a customer requests cancellation before any development work has started, Marbev may issue a refund less any applicable administrative or processing costs.
Cancellation After Work Begins
Once development work has commenced, refunds will generally not be available because resources, time, and labor have already been invested in creating the customized product.
Any refund issued after work has commenced shall be at the sole discretion of Marbev.
5. Customer Review and Approval
Customers will be given the opportunity to review their digital business card before final publication or completion.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all information, images, contact details, social media links, and other content are accurate.
Upon customer approval, the project shall be considered completed and accepted.
6. Revision Policy
Marbev includes up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Revisions may include:
Corrections to submitted information
Minor content updates
Link corrections
Layout adjustments within the existing design
Requests that substantially alter the original project scope may be subject to additional charges.
7. Warranty Coverage
Marbev warrants that the delivered digital business card will substantially function as described at the time of delivery.
For a period of ninety (90) days from delivery, Marbev will correct, at no additional cost, any technical issues resulting directly from:
Broken links
Incorrect functionality
Display errors caused by the original implementation
Technical defects attributable to Marbev
8. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Changes requested after project approval
New content additions
Rebranding or redesign requests
Customer-supplied errors that were approved during review
Third-party platform outages or service interruptions
Browser, device, or software limitations beyond Marbev's control
Changes resulting from third-party services, social media platforms, or external websites
9. No Guarantee of Business Results
While digital business cards are designed to improve professional networking and information sharing, Marbev does not guarantee:
Increased sales
Increased leads
Increased customer engagement
Business growth
Search engine rankings
Specific marketing results
10. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided only under the following circumstances:
Marbev is unable to deliver the purchased service.
Marbev determines that the service cannot reasonably be completed.
No refunds will be provided:
After customer approval of the completed digital business card.
After final delivery of the completed digital business card.
For dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference after approval.
For customer delays, non-responsiveness, or failure to provide required information.
11. Hosting and Service Availability
Digital business cards created by Marbev include complimentary hosting at no additional cost to the customer.
Hosting is provided as part of the overall service offering and is not sold as a separate product or subscription.
Marbev intends to continue providing hosting services for the foreseeable future; however, Marbev does not guarantee hosting availability for any specific period of time, including the lifetime of the customer, the lifetime of the digital business card, or the lifetime of the business.
Hosting is included at no additional cost for as long as Marbev continues to offer the digital business card hosting service.
Marbev reserves the right to modify, suspend, transfer, or discontinue hosting services at any time due to business, operational, technical, legal, or financial considerations.
Where reasonably practicable, Marbev will provide customers with advance notice of any planned discontinuation of hosting services.
Customers acknowledge and agree that in the event Marbev ceases business operations, discontinues the digital business card platform, becomes insolvent, enters liquidation, or is otherwise unable to continue providing hosting services, hosted digital business cards may become unavailable.
Marbev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the modification, suspension, interruption, or discontinuation of complimentary hosting services.
Marbev will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of hosted digital business cards but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, hosting provider issues, security measures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond Marbev's reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marbev's liability arising from any claim relating to its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Marbev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use or inability to use the digital business card service.
